Where is your store located?
     Dessert Heaven does not operate a storefront at this time. 
All of our baking is done in a commercial kitchen which is the reason for our delivery/pickup-only catering. We do offer tastings and free consultation at our office, a convenient location.
How far in advance should I place an order?
     We appreciate  at least 2 weeks for orders .  As soon as you know of an event/occasion that you would like our products for, you should place the order right away...whether it's weeks or months ahead!  Also, we understand that sometimes things come up, so call us to see if we can accommodate your rush order.  If a rush order (less than a week's notice) is necessary, a rush order fee (25% of total) will be added to you total.
Do I have to pre-pay for my order?
     Yes...a deposit is required for all orders.  To place a order please call or email us, after the order has been placed a contract will be sent to you that will detail the deposit amount and date due for your order.  Deposits can be made by Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover), or PayPal, or cash. 
Does Dessert Heaven deliver?
Yes.  We deliver to Chicago to Milwaukee for a small charge.   If your event is outside of our regular delivery hours, we will accommodate you for larger orders.
Do you ship your products?
     Yes.  At this time, we ship cake pops.  
If I have a nut allergy, should I eat Dessert Heaven products?
    Dessert Heaven does not use a nut-free kitchen.  We recommend that customers with SEVERE nut allergies err on the side of caution and NOT consume our products.
     Despite the fact that we offer cupcakes without nuts, all of our cupcakes are prepared fresh in the same kitchen, allowing the potential of cross contamination.  Our baking equipment comes in contact with peanuts, other nuts, nut oils and extracts, as well as products containing gluten.  Therefore, our cupcakes cannot be certified as nut free or gluten free.

Do you offer gluten free products?
