This is an all-inclusive package for your wedding ceremony and reception, including a rehearsal. It is great for couples who want to have a beautiful wedding without the stress. You get complete piece of mind with this package leaving the responsibilities of your wedding in our hands. This option includes:
- Five face to face meetings.
- Unlimited phone calls and e-mails meetings with your wedding coordinator.
- A “To-Do” list outlining couple’s responsibilities as well as coordinator’s responsibilities with estimated completion dates
- Budget assistance.
- Assistance with Vendor selection.
- Assistance with theme for ceremony and reception.
- Assistance with menu & dessert selection.
- Assistance with entertainment and music recommendations.
- Assistance with selection and etiquette of all stationary.
- Venue layout(s) and guest seating assistance.
- Final walk through of ceremony and reception sites.
- Review and confirmation of all vendor contracts and packages prior to your wedding to ensure accurate delivery of services and products.
- Become the liaison between you and your vendors.
- Creation of a detailed wedding day itinerary to be distributed to wedding participants, venue and vendors.

A great way to receive expert, professional guidance about the vision you have for your wedding day!
This package is designed especially for newly-engaged couples. This package will help you define your thoughts and get you started on the road to a wonderful matrimonial experience! This package is for the bride and groom who prefer to handle their own wedding planning, but want to Be Prepared in designing and planning their wedding. This option includes:
- 2 Hour get Started Session.
- A wedding planner will meet with you to discuss your wedding vision. Our team will then take your ideas and help you design your perfect wedding.
- Budget Analysis
- Personalized Vendor Referral List to fit your budget and theme.
- Inspiration Board to illustrate your Wedding Theme, Design and Décor.
- Itinerary & Timeline Development.
- If you decide after your session you just cannot do this yourself and you would like to use our services we will give you a $300 credit off any service booked within two weeks of your Get Started session.* Dependent upon availability.
A LA CARTE
You have done all the planning, and need an extra set of hands to take care of some of the details. For this reason, VSbyVS can provide A LA CARTE services offered at $50 per hour.
